Today I left at 0300 for haiti. I forgot my suitcase when I got to the airport and my mom brought it just in time. The plane ride to Miami was very smooth and went very fast. The second plane ride I had a death grip on the chair in front of me. Haiti is not what i expected, the people are very friendly and the place is beautiful. It is way too hot here.

We settled into the guesthouse, sorted donations, had lasagna for dinner, and met the neighborhood boys and played soccer with them! Overall, it was a very busy day, and jam packed with information for the week.
